First of all, FSETApps take kids privacy very serious!
 
This Privacy and Policy describes the information collected by FSETApps through our kid mobile applications.
 
We don't collect any personaldata with our kids applications. We don't require you to provide any information when using our kid's apps and we don'st collect , share or use any information about you or your device.
 
If you submit a support request via e-mail, we may receive your e-mail adress and other information you provide related to your support request. We use these information only to provide suport to you. We don't share your e-mail address unless we have your express consent.
 
Our kids apps don't use or collect a user's precise geographic location.
Our kids apps don't contain any advertising banners, but they may contain information about our other apps with links to those apps.
Our kids applications may contain external links to our page on the App Store or to our Facebook page but it is all kept in the parent section which kids can't access.

Ad Serving Technology

FSETApps may employ third party ad serving technologies (for example Unity, Flurry, AdMob, iAd, AdColony) that use precise methods to collect information as a result of ad serving through Services. Third parties may collect and use data for this purpose including software, applications, hardware, browser information, internet and on-line usage information and in-game information. The aforementioned data may be used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the company providing the ad serving technologies.
You recognize and comply that the advertising companies who deliver ads for FSETApps may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies. Although First Touch Games takes commercially reasonable steps to instruct such advertising companies to comply with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, FSETApps does not have access to or control of third party technologies.
